Warranty Period
All SORA Audio products come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
Issues Within 7 Days of Purchase
If a product develops an issue within 7 days of purchase but shows signs of wear and tear on its appearance, we will provide repair services only and will not replace the product with a new one.
Warranty Proof
To claim warranty services, you must provide complete proof of warranty, including:
- The original purchase proof (invoice, receipt, etc.) obtained from our authorized dealers. Photocopies will not be accepted.
Warranty Coverage
- Products verified as genuine SORA Audio items purchased from our company or authorized dealers are eligible for free repair services within the warranty period for quality issues arising from normal use. Repairs for cosmetic damage will not be covered under warranty. If the customer requests cosmetic repairs, we will provide a quotation, and parts and repair fees will be charged accordingly.
- For products outside the warranty period but confirmed to be genuine SORA Audio items, customers must present proof of warranty and bear costs such as inspection fees, parts fees, and labor fees. If the required parts are unavailable, the paid repair service will be discontinued.
- The warranty covers hardware and software functionality under normal use but excludes issues caused by improper use, unauthorized disassembly, human damage, or cosmetic wear and tear.
- SORA Audio is not responsible for any damage caused during product transportation.
Conditions That Void Warranty
The following situations will void the warranty, but paid repair services can still be provided, with costs determined based on the situation:
- Any damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage by the consumer.
- Cosmetic damage resulting from improper use by the consumer.
- Damage caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters.
- Unauthorized disassembly or repair of the product, such as replacing non-original cables or parts.
- Failure to provide proof of purchase or if the proof does not match the product.
Warranty Handling and Costs
- For issues occurring within 7 days of purchase, please contact the dealer from whom the product was purchased for after-sales service.
- SORA Audio does not provide on-site warranty services.
- For products that meet the warranty terms, the shipping costs for both directions during the warranty period must be borne by the buyer.
- For products outside the warranty period or those not meeting the warranty terms, all shipping and repair costs must be borne by the buyer.
